Structured text is a simple, but limited, text formatting convention.

Normally text lines will be run together
into paragraphs, unless there is a blank line between them.
This sentence continues the paragraph.

This one does not.

There are several ways to format text:

Single asterisks *italics*.

Double asterisks **bold**.

Underscores _underline_.

Apostrophes 'boxed quote'.

Quotes "'" around apostrophe

Page references can be done with or without square brackets and spaces in the name. These are all the same:

*
[Structured Text]
[Structured Text]

*
[StructuredText]
[StructuredText]

* 'StructuredText' StructuredText
